CONSULTATION & INSPECTION
From site assessment to project planning/management to completion, Brightwave Construction will be there for you, every step of the way. We will assess any aspects of your building that are of concern to you, including structural issues, moisture/leaking problems, roofing, masonry, woodwork, metal and flashing, drainage and ventilation problems. We will then make recommendations to solve your building’s concerns. We can assist with project layout and estimates for material, equipment and labour costs for short-term projects and long-term maintenance projects. We handle jobs as large as an entire factory or as small as a single office, right across Canada, and will partner with you to restore your clients' property, quickly and with the industry's best workmanship.
Inspection and Assessment
Our technicians will quickly assess the extent of the damage. This is not just a matter of eyeing things up, either. We employ infrared cameras, moisture meters, and other specialized equipment to detect even hidden patches of moisture that might be within your walls.
Recovery Plan
Water damage can arise from the impact of water dousing a fire, broken pipes, malfunctioning appliances, storms or sewage backups. Some water carries contaminants and should be considered hazardous until analyzed by an expert. A proper analysis will assist in presenting proper steps for successful and timely mitigation. Once mitigation of the damage has begun, a recovery plan will then be executed to restore your property and, if possible, contents.
